According to the City of New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. . .First of all, what the hell is "metal hygiene." It sounds like some Big Brother program to convince us all not think dirty thoughts. Anyway, this thing we got in the mail is just plain funny. Apparently Rick is the owner of Princess, a spayed Shih Tzu.
We have no idea why New York City thinks we own a Shih Tzu, but its amazing that her name is Princess.
